As a Mindfulness-Based Somatic Counselor, I offer an alternative to traditional psychotherapy. I use a mindful, body-based approach that is effective with a wide range of issues. An Unconventional Approach to Counseling
Unlike traditional counseling, I spend more time working within the context of your present experience, rather than "talk" oriented therapy. I show you how to be mindful in ways that allows you to connect to the deeper parts of your self, which is essential for deep change to take place.
I teach you how to use your own strengths and capacities as a powerful pathway to resolve the inner obstacles that get in the way of fully engaging in life.
